Preble High School cell tower

Lives 150 feet from the towers and objects: he says he was told in 2012 the towers were school-only, questions RF radiation monitoring and fall zones near a school, worries about a 10-20% property value hit, and complains he got less than a week's notice.

Cellcom's RF Engineering Director testified the tower must meet FCC standards to operate, that greater height would actually lower ground-level emissions, and that the taller tower is needed because 2012-era technology can't handle today's data demand.
