Downtown Green Bay's Jeff Marcus said the organization takes no formal position but surveyed businesses: Stirrups/Kitners management wants the rule kept for ride-share, while Black Saddle and Ned Kelly's were indifferent; he suggested possibly keeping it only on South Washington.
