Speaking for LCC Telecom (applicant Michael Bieniek was absent), he explained the tower fills a Cellcom coverage gap on the east side, is designed for up to three carriers, and roughly 109 feet is the minimum viable height. He agreed to add landscaping, paving and sidewalk-access details to the site plan.
