Green Bay Plan Commission - Sep 28, 2026
Five new single-family homes are coming to a mostly industrial-zoned pocket near S. Chestnut Avenue and S. Broadway. Because the zoning doesn't normally allow houses there, each home needed a conditional use permit. The commission added screening and walkway conditions to keep the homes compatible with neighbors.
